Went yesterday morning for a little while. the water temp was in the low 60's. marked alot of bait at all locations i was at. maybe that will make for a good start.

Hey where did summer go???

Well it seems that time is approaching for my season. When the sky is beautiful a light cool breeze in the air and plenty of rockfish and waterfowl in the air. Dont get me wrong i love summer. But there is something about the fall at Bulls Bay that only a local outdoorsman would love. We will be posting some pics soon of some of the landscapes we will be fishing and hunting. it is time to re line the reels and work on duck blinds, so get ready for some exciting stuff to come!!!

Been a long time

Well its been a long time since my last post. I have been pretty busy getting things in line for the up coming season. We have a new sponsor and this hunting season should be wide open. we are starting to book for our september goose season and building another blind at this time as well. striper season hope to be a good one with good signs of smaller fish in the sounds. stay tuned for more information.

Mahi everywhere

Just wanted to give an update, last friday went out of Morehead City offshore and caught 10 dolphin. The water was beautiful and we had a great time.

WENT OUT THE INLET YESTERDAY AND HEADED SOUTH. 70 FEET OF WATER AND 65 DEGREE WATER TEMPS. WE FOUND A BEAUTIFUL WATER LINE CHANGE WITH ALOT OF GRASS. OVERALL APPROX. 36 MILE TRIP. SAW 6 COBIA HOOKED ONE AND AFTER A SHORT RUN HE THREW THE HOOK. BROOKE AND MYSELF WOULD LIKE TO THANK OUR GOOD FRIENDS AARON AND BRANDY FOR GREAT COMPANY AND AN AWESOME TIME.

White Perch

Went out this morning with two good friends, Eric Brown and Hank Reynolds. Hank was back home from florida after spending a good amount of time over in afganistan. Eric was able to use his boat and put over due to it blowing NE in the sound. We must have timed it just right because we were back by lunch and had maybe and estimated 60 fish caught, some of these were released, but over all a good day and the fishing was constant. I would like to thank those guys for a good morning and the company was great!! until next time..

STRIPERS AND CYPRESS KNEES!!!!

WELL THE ROCK HAVE SHOWED UP, AND THE FUNNY THING ABOUT IT IS THAT THEY ARE INSHORE. THEY ARE LAYING UP IN THE STUMPS AND ANGLERS ARE CATCHING THEM CASTING TOWARD SHORE WITH REBELS, ROGUES, AND SHAD BODIES WITH JIG HEADS. THE FISH THAT I HAVE SEEN AND HAVE HEARD ABOUT ARE VERY NICE FISH 20-24" THAT WOULD GO APPROX 4-6LBS. TO BAD I CANT TRY THEM THIS WEEKEND BUT IF THEY ARE STILL THERE I WILL GIVE IT A SHOT NEXT TIME......

Facebook | Panamax Sailfishing Today we went out again to the 25/34, about 33 miles out to the east a bit. Mike right off the bat hooked into a blue marlin about 225,sweet! It was glass seas and a beautiful blue water. I found some spinner dolfins and checked for yellowfin but to no avail, only bonito were home. But on the outside of them we did raise three sails, caught one.
